Service Scope
Infumia QR provides cloud-based menu management, QR publishing, and account tools subject to your active plan limits.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for account credentials, user access, and all content uploaded to your workspace.
Billing & Subscription
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Downgrades or cancellations apply at the end of the current billing cycle.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse infrastructure in ways that degrade service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms. You may cancel anytime from your dashboard.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infumia LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive damages, lost profits, or data loss.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Infumia LTD against claims arising from misuse, uploaded content, or third-party rights violations caused by your account.
Intellectual Property
Infumia branding, software, interfaces, and infrastructure remain property of Infumia LTD. Service access grants only a limited, revocable license.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside reasonable control, including disasters, infrastructure outages, cyber incidents, or legal restrictions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of London, England.
Refund Policy
Because the service provides immediate digital access and infrastructure usage, payments for paid plans are non-refundable on a mid-term or partial basis, except where mandatory law explicitly requires otherwise. If canceled, the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period and is not charged again for the next period.
